Kevin interrupted me 8 times in one conversation, and then said that Nick was wrong when he told me the general manager could issue a voucher for us. "We don't have the resources". Really? There is no excuse for not putting information on your website about possible long lines on holiday weekends, or not updating the public about the lines on social media. Period. Kevin even told me after decades of dealing with this problem they've opted to NOT try and head it off with info on the website. Because they don't care about you or your experience or the land they profit from, they care about their profits. Thats ABUNDANTLY clear after these conversations. Do NOT recommend. And from what I've heard, it's overrated anyway. …

Built in 1889 with locally quarried limestone, the Washington School House has been a Park City icon for well over a century. The renovation to restore its historical authenticity while re-imagining the stunning interior was a brilliant feat of design savvy. The result? Nothing short of genius. The design team crafted twelve suites and rooms within the original structure, creating space that is truly breathtaking. The team's vigilant attention to finish detail coupled with the pursuit of all things excellent, created an inspiring, original hotel. The concept is simple, really. Total luxury. Good taste. A judicious use of color. Exquisite fabrics, fine artwork and a carefully curated collection of antiques. It really is just that perfect.

About the ratings: Historically, GreatSchools ratings have been based solely on a comparison of standardized test results for all schools in a given state. As of September 2017, the GreatSchools ratings also incorporate additional information, when available, such as college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. GreatSchools ratings are designed to be a starting point to help parents compare schools, and should not be the only factor used in selecting the right school for your family. When you see all the bumper stickers driving around New England you assume this organization has its stuff together, and will give you a pleasant experience. You're wrong. Our first mistake was trusting the info given on their website, app, and social media. They fail to tell you that they are "stretched too thin" and "understaffed" (staff member Nick Griffin's exact words), and you'll be waiting in line for hours. And even if you do sit for hours, while they have plenty of opportunity to warn you, they won't. But they will speak rudely, and even yell at you when you arrive at the entrance, a full 30 min before the cut off time. They will not have answers for you when you call to find out why, but they will pass you to four different employees and make you explain yourself each time. They will not give vouchers to make up for their poorly organized systems, lack of much needed information on their website, and wretched customer service. There's no excuse for "turning hundreds of cars away, this weekend, last weekend and many weekends this year" without warning (Kevin Divine, general manager's exact words).
